ELIZABETH  WATSON  BUTLER

NAPIER FIELD. . .Elizabeth Watson (Liz) Butler, a resident of Napier Field, died Sunday morning, March 9, 2014. She was 68.

            Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in Gardens of Memory, between Headland and Dothan, with Dr. Max McKinney, Reverend Ray Preston, and Reverend Neal Miller officiating. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. A visitation will follow the graveside services at the cemetery.

            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 104 Rock Bridge Road, Dothan, AL 36303.

            Mrs. Butler was born in Bonifay, Florida, daughter of the late Robert Lee Watson and Bonnie Yates Watson. She moved to Napier Field in 1967 where she was a member of the Napier Baptist Church. Mrs. Butler was currently attending the Mt. Zion Assembly of God. She was formerly employed with her late husband, Walter Bennett Butler, in the operation of Butler’s Garage in Napier Field.
