Ellis Ann Cosby gained her angel wings on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Park with Dr. Hays McKay officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Children's Miracle Network, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.

Ellis was born on May 15, 2016 in Dothan, AL, and she was immediately adored by all who knew her for her sweet spirit and precious smile. She brought joy to everyone, and was the perfect sister and friend to Harper. Ellis will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memories are her parents, David and Megan Cosby; her big sister Harper Cosby; paternal grandparents, Randy and Leslie Cosby of Gadsden, AL; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Charlotte Hopkins of Albertville, AL; maternal great-grandfather, Glen Patterson of Albertville, AL; aunts and uncles, Claire Cosby, Brooke and Forrest Jackson; a cousin, Wilkes Jackson; many more loved ones who adored Ellis very much.
