ABBEVILLE. . .Eloise Lomaneck Williamson, a resident of Abbeville, died early Wednesday evening, November 5, 2014, in a Dothan hospital. She was 59.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 8, 2014, in the Judson Baptist Church with Reverend Brandon Turner officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday in the church sanctuary.
Mrs. Williamson was a native of Headland, and was reared in Abbeville, daughter of the late Jesse C. Lomaneck and Frances Penelope McKee Lomaneck. She lived in Clio, Alabama before returning to Abbeville in 2001. Mrs. Williamson was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by a son, David Jay Williamson, four brothers, Arthur Lomaneck, Bennie Lomaneck, Frank Lomaneck, and Howard Mack Lomaneck, and a sister, Sara Lomaneck.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Shirley Eugene Williamson, a daughter, Barbara Mae Shaw, two sons, Donnie Williamson (Sissy), and Steven Williamson, all of Abbeville; four sisters, Nadine Altman (Paul), Haleburg; Ethel Fulton (John), Bluffton, GA; Jessie Altman (Don), Clio, AL; and Wanda Gail Crutchfield, Eufaula; a brother, Lyle Lomaneck, Abbeville; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
