Erma L. Kennedy of Geneva passed away at Wiregrass Medical Center on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at the age of 81.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Pyron Chapel Cemetery with her brother, Arlice Peadon officiating and Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva directing.

Mrs. Kennedy was born in Pahokee, Fla. on March 10, 1934, to the late Perry and Mary Magdalene Peadon. She enjoyed flowers and bird watching. She was preceded in death by five of her siblings, Junior Peadon, Olen Peadon, Wayne Peadon, Carl Peadon and Robert Peadon.

She is survived by three daughters, Bonnie Perkins (David) of Lynn Haven, Fla., Mary Masella of Warner Springs, Calif. and Karen King (Ray) of Hemet, Calif.; son, Frank Caywood (Sharon) of Pensacola, Fla.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Carnot of Orlando, Fla.; and three brothers, Arlice Peadon (Louise) of Ocala, Fla, Charles Peadon (Bootsie) of Okeechobee, Fla. and J.D. Peadon of Minden, La.
