Wallace State Technical Junior College.  She worked as a nurse until 1987 when she married her soul mate Willis Clinton Wilson.  Together they spent a joyful 23 years dividing their time between Bonifay, FL and Lake Okeechobee where they enjoyed a favorite pastime of fishing and a wonderful circle of close friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Burl Gibson, mother, Lucille Rice Gibson, brother, Alfred Burl Gibson, Jr., husband, Willis Clinton Wilson and a step-daughter, Cynde Cullifer.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Kelley Faulk (Pratt) and Joye Kelley Arbuckle (Andy), step-son Monte Wilson, step-daughters, Lori Tate, Angie Willsey (Richard), 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, sister, Barbara Ann Williams (Bud), one niece and two nephews.

The family will receive friends at Ward-Wilson Funeral Home in Dothan on Wednesday, May 5th from 10am-11am (one hour prior to the service).  Graveside services will follow at 11am at Memory Hill Cemetery.  The Reverend Nathan Carroll of the First Baptist Church of Geneva will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

She will be deeply missed by her family and many loving friends.
