Florence Elizabeth “Liz” McDuffie of Westville, FL passed away on Friday, August 6,2021. She was 70 years old.

 Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva. with Rev. Chuck Grantham and Rev. Jim Mashburn officiating. Burial will follow in the McDuffie Family cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 1 p.m.

 Liz was born in Holmes County, FL on June 3,1951 to the late Oscar Loyd and Mabel Ingalls Mims. She was a kind and loving woman who loved her children and grandchildren. She was a hard worker and enjoyed her flowers. Liz loved spending time with her two dogs, Wally and Buttons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wayne McDuffie; three brothers, Earl, Ervin and Edward Mims and one sister, Edna Joyce Mims.

 She is survived by two daughters, Erica McDuffie and Keisha Stevens both of Westville, FL; two grandchildren, Kalabe Stevens and Breanna McDuffie; four sisters, Geraldine Gillman, Christine Prescott and Darlene Hudson all of Westville, FL and Mary Grantham of Geneva, AL and a number of special nieces and nephews.
