Frank was born October 9, 1933 in Macon, GA to Floyd and Mabel Parker Waller. After joining the United States Navy, he relocated to Pensacola Fl. There he married and had two sons. After leaving the Navy he made Pensacola his home. He was a hard worker and received various certifications and recognitions, retiring with over 33 years of service as a Civil Service Employee. He was also employed by Baptist Hospital where he also worked 38 years (some of which were accomplished while still working as a Civil Service Employee). As a young man he attended church with his family. Later in life he married Everlean Gandy, and they attended Bethel AME Church where he fulfilled his passion for singing by joining the Male Chorus. He and his wife remained members of Bethel AME Church until their failing health forced them to relocate with family in Dothan Alabama. He spent his last years being surrounded by the love of family, as well as friendship of members of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 40 years (Everlean G. Waller), his children Frank Waller Jr of San Antonio, TX, Ronald Waller, Janice (Charles) Jackson, Ida (Al) Calland all of Pensacola, FL, Isaac (Janet) Atkins of Houston, Tx, Patricia (William) Porter and Ernestine (Christopher) Saulsberry all of Dothan Alabama, 22 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
