ABBEVILLE…. Mr. Freddie Bauman, a resident of Abbeville, died early Sunday morning, February 10, 2019 in a Dothan hospital. He was 59.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in Living Water Church, Hwy. 27 near Echo, with Pastor Chris Brown and Reverend Greg Brown officiating. Derek Wright and Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday in the church sanctuary.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Living Water Church, 13022 East Highway 27, Newville, AL 36353.
Mr. Bauman was born July 4, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri and moved to Abbeville at an early age. He was formerly employed with Franklin Hardwood in Abbeville as a maintenance supervisor. Mr. Bauman enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to auctions. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Bauman; his father, Fred Bauman and his mother, Mary Frances Logan.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Lisa Brown Bauman, Abbeville; two daughters, Nina McCormick (Alvin), Lafayette, AL and Amanda Sanders (Steve), Abbeville; step-father, Dale Furby (Mary), Eufaula; two sisters, Julie Clark (Steve), Pittsview, AL and Doris Furby, Grand Bay, AL; three brothers, Kenny Bauman (Darla), Abbeville; Alan Bauman (Lori), Edgewater, FL and Gary Furby (Helen), Abbeville; four grandchildren, Travis Sanders, Gaige Sanders, Cale McCormick, and Sarah McCormick.
