Garland “Tommy” West, 95, of Webb, Alabama passed onto his heavenly home on Sunday, July 16, 2017.

A Celebration of Life service officiated by Reverend Bob Sanders of Ridgecrest Baptist Church will be held at 10 am, Friday, July 21, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ridgecrest Baptist Church building fund or Camellia Hospice.

Tommy was born on June 8, 1922 in Greenville, KY then later moved to Fort Myers, FL where he lived and worked as a carpenter for over 50 years before moving to Webb, AL in 2003.

He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 74 years, Lucille; and his two sons, Mickey (Debra) West of Robert Lee, TX and Rick (Lyn) West of Webb, AL; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren as well as many other family and friends.
