Garwood Denson Helms, age 56, of Dothan passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014 at his residence.

               

Born September 2, 1958 to the late Ewell P. Helms and Sybil Richardson.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Helms.

 

Survivors include his sisters, Lois Faye Jones (Robert) of Woodstock, GA, and Stacey Lee Helms of Panama City, FL; eight nieces and nephews.

 

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. An inurnment will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until service time, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the funeral home.
