GARY JEAN LUDLAM
ABBEVILLE. . .Gary Jean Green Ludlam, a resident of the Screamer Community of Henry County, died Friday afternoon, December 9, 2011, in a Dothan hospital. She was 65.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Monday, December 12, 2011, in the Holman-Abbeville Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Danny Quincey and Reverend Mike Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, located on Gammage Road in Eufaula. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A. M. Monday at the mortuary in Abbeville.
Mrs. Ludlam was born and reared in Barbour County. She lived in Henry County in the Screamer Community most of her adult lifetime. Mrs. Ludlam was a member of the Judson Baptist Church. She was retired, due to disability, from WalMart in Eufaula. Mrs. Ludlam was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Tom Ludlam, parents, Henry Thomas Green and Gladys Adkinson Green Harvey and step-father, Howard Harvey and three brothers, Frank Green, Earl Green and Ronald Green.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Billy Ludlam (Susan), and Matthew Ludlam, (Marita), all of Abbeville; eight grandchildren, Kaycie Ludlam, Kory Beth Ludlam, Whitney Walker and Hayden Ludlam, Kayla Ludlam, Caleb Ludlam, Megan Ludlam and Parker Ludlam.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Marty Barnes, Clay Money, Justin Money, Marty Money, Michael Rollins and David Carter. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Chattahoochee River Hunting Club.
