Gaynell Green Carter age 82, a resident of Elba, Alabama passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama. Funeral services will be held at Haw Hill Assembly of God Church on Friday, October 19, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Haw Hill Assembly of God Church Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Haw Hill Assembly of God Church on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her parents Milton Green and Julie Grantham Green.

　

Survivors include her Husband - Clifton Carter of Elba, AL, Son - Buddy (Jeana) Carter, Jack, AL, Son - James Carter, Elba, AL, and Daughter - Julie (Chad) Hughes of Goshen, Alabama. She also leaves behind five Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
