Geraldine Tice of Napier Field, Alabama passed away at Southeast Alabama Medical Center on Sunday, January 15, 2017. She was 78.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Glover officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service.

Geraldine was born in Donalsonville, Georgia on October 7, 1938 and lived her early years there. She has resided in Napier Field for the past 54 years. Mrs. Tice was an avid fisherman and loved fishing at one of her favorite ponds in Brundidge, AL. She was also a Roll Tide, Alabama Football fan. Mrs. Tice was a member of Mt. Heberon Methodist Church in Pinckard, AL.

Mrs. Tice is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Tice; her sons, Randall Bradford "Brad" Tice and Randy Patrick (Sandy) Tice; her grandchildren, Cody and Shelby; several nieces and nephews.
