Gloria Harry, 65, of Ozark, Alabama passed away Friday, July 15, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home in Ozark. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Harry was born November 10, 1950 in Eufaula, Alabama and lived the early years of her life there. She attended the University of Kansas and was a graduate of U.A.B. where she received her certificates in ASL. Gloria loved helping others and worked in the health care industry for many years. She has been a resident of Ozark for over 30 years.
She loved her animals including her bird, Caw and her furry children, Bella, Lizzie, Baby, Betty Boop, Daisy and Dylan. Mrs. Harry was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her friend, John Taylor of Ozark; her sons, Robert “Bobby” Harry of Tennessee and Brian Harry (Jamie) of Enterprise; daughter-in-law, Melissa Marvel of Daleville; a brother, Bennie Morris; many grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Kelly, Katie and Olivia Harry, and many friends.
Gloria was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend and will be loved and missed by her family.
