Grady Clark Loftin, Jr., 59, of Dothan and Panama City Beach passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at Flowers Hospital.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Flowers are being accepted or memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Rd., Montgomery, AL, 36111, Alacare Hospice, 3379 W. Main St., Dothan, AL, 36305, or to the charity of your choice.

Clark was born May 27, 1952 in Dothan and resided here most of his life. He attended Dothan High School and Wallace College. He and his family owned and operated Loftin's Rent-All, Inc. for several years until 1999 when he moved to Panama City Beach. While living in Panama City he opened Loftin's Bar-B-Q and was currently employed with Wiregrass Construction in Dothan. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and he loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Grady Clark Loftin, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Loftin.

Survivors include his wife Sherry Loftin; sons, Trae (Summer) Loftin, and Shane (Pam) Loftin; grandchildren, Grady and Autumn; brother Walt (Melinda) Loftin; sister Susan (Gary) Kirkland; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Wells, Lonnie Anderson, David Kilgore, Randy Hayes, Jeff Loftin, and John White.
