Gus “Jr” Caesar Hall, Jr. of Ashford passed away at Southeast Alabama Medical Center on Thursday, April 17, 2014. He was 68.

 

Born March 8, 1946 to the late Gus Caesar and Mary Spanks Hall. Mr. Hall was also preceded in death by his brother Larry “Buddy” Hall.

 

Mr. Hall is survived by Sheila of Ashford, his daughter, Jackie Martin(Scott) of Centreville, Al,; his sons, Eddie Hall (April) Slidell, LA, and Lesley Nunez (Denice) of Cottonwood; his sisters, Ann Adams of Ashford, Mary Thomas, Midland City, Linda Daniels (Grady) of Slocomb, and Martha Register of Dothan; his brother, Danny Joe (Sheila) of Midland; seven grandchildren.

 

Mr. Hall was a faithful member of Free Will Baptist Church. Some of his great interest included watching western movies, collecting coins,cooking, and drinking his favorite drink of all times, “Diet Dr. Pepper”.

 

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 19, 2014 from the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to the service.

 

The family will be accepting flowers.
