Harold Anthony “Tony” Cox formerly of Ozark, Alabama, passed away peacefully in his Carrollton, Georgia home on Tuesday the 20th of September 2016. He was 48.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 26, 2016, in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home in Ozark with Rev. Marcus Wingard officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday beginning 10:00 a.m.
Tony was born September 29, 1967. He graduated from Carroll High School in 1986 and served in the United States Army from 1987-1990. Tony loved family, friends and every stray animal he ever met. His heart was even bigger than his chest. He knew God and proudly flew an American flag in every home he ever had. He loved to laugh and will be missed everyday
He is survived by the Love of his life his wife Donna Cox, Son Christian Cox, Mother Sara Cox and Father and step-mother Hal (Melba) Cox, His sisters Robyn Stricklin, Angie Weeks and Brothers Craig & Chris Blocker along with many more family members, friends and loved ones.
