HARRY GRADY WALKER
HEADLAND, AL… Harry Grady Walker, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Wednesday morning, April 26, 2023, at his home. He was 71.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Reverend Evan Cohen officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday April 28, 2023 at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Harry Walker was born and lived his entire life in the Bethlehem Community, near Headland, son of the late Henry Grady Walker and Wilma Hand Walker. Harry was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was retired from Farley Nuclear Plant. He was an avid Alabama Football Fan.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Tracy King Walker; and his brothers, Rex Walker, Kenneth Walker, and Odell Walker.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his daughters, Heather Walker Roberts and Wilma Walker; two sisters, Carol Bailey (Curley) and Glenda Whatley; his brothers, Tommy Walker and Hasten Walker (Teresa); his grandchildren, Joseph Mesey, Brent Mesey, Katherine Stinson, Kip Henderson, Hope Smith and Preston Mesey; his five great-grandchildren; and his several nieces and nephews.
