Heather Hawkins Smith of Geneva went home to be with her Lord and Savior, whom she loved very much on Monday, October 28, 2013.  She was 38.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 31, 2013 at the Geneva First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Scott Crooms officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.  Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 2600 Network Blvd., Suite 300, Frisco, TX 75034.


Heather was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on April 28, 1975 to Terry and Jane Collins Hawkins.  She graduated from Ozark Community College with a degree in avionics.  She was a member of Geneva First Assembly of God Church.


She is survived by her husband, Tommy Smith; daughter, Alana Morris, both of Geneva; parents, Terry and Jane Hawkins of Winder, GA; sister, Adrian Watwood (John) of Winder, GA; two brothers, Justin Hawkins of Newton, NC and Wesley Hawkins of Winder, GA; uncle, Dean Collins of Mars, PA; aunt, Sandra Hawkins of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; brother in law, Jeffrey Smith of Geneva and sister-in-law, Missi Simerly (Rob) of Oahu, HI; special friend, Jami Campbell of Geneva; and numerous nieces and nephews.
