Henry Byron "Buddy" Rugg, age 71, a resident of Franklin, NC passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his sister’s home in the Bluff Springs Community near Elba. In accordance with his wishes no formal services will be held at this time. Those wishing to make memorials are ask to do so to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Rugg.

He leaves behing to cherish his memory, his Wife - Barbara Rugg, Franklin, NC, Daughter - Donna (Marlon) Falls, Troy, AL, Son - Richie Rugg, Troy, AL, and Son - Todd (Mandy) Rugg also of Troy, AL, He is also survived by four Granddaughters - Marli Victoria Falls, Brandi Falls, Whitney Rugg, and Lexi Rugg all of Troy, AL, along with Sister - Jackie (Robert) Jinright of Troy, AL, Sister - Mary Agnes (Harold) Dyess of Elba, AL, and a brother Phil (Donna) Rugg of Troy, Alabama.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents Annie Lou Ammons Rugg and Ideal Rugg, along with two brothers Douglas Rugg, and Ted Rugg, and a Sister Ann Ammons.
