Ingrid Louise Tyre, a resident of Ozark, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at her residence. She was 71.


Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Goldsmith officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1-2pm.


Mrs. Tyre was born on February 28, 1943 in Weisbaden, Germany and married Al Tyre in 1962. They moved to the states in 1964. She was a sales associate with the Ft. Rucker Post Exchange for over 30 years until her retirement in 2011. She enjoyed water aerobics daily, loved to shop, and was a member of the German Wives Club.


Survivors include her husband Al Tyre; a son, Michael (Stephanie) Tyre; daughters, Marty (David Delvalle) Tyre and Tammy (Michael) Heck; grandchildren, Savannah McCartha, Josh McCartha, Justin Tyre, Jessie Tyre, Chris Tyre, and Phillip Tyre; great-grandchildren, Hunter Polly, Payton Godbold, Jessie Polly, and Lilly Polly; mother Aiga Garner; brother Manny Garner; sister Dagmar (Gene) Carlon; several nieces and nephews.
