NEWVILLE. . .Ivey Eunice Hall, a resident of the Oakey Grove Community of Henry County, died Wednesday night, April 12, 2017, in the Extendicare Health & Rehabilitation Center in Dothan. She was 74.


            Graveside services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, April 14, 2017, in Gardens of Memory, between Headland & Dothan, with Minister Bob Blalock officiating. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends following the graveside services.


            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice, 2740 Headland Avenue, Dothan, AL 36303.


            Mrs. Hall was born and reared in Ozark, daughter of the late Ivey Gilbert Watson and Olive V. Morris Watson. She lived in Headland before moving to the Oakey Grove Community, near Abbeville. Mrs. Hall enjoyed sculpture painting, gardening and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene H. Hall, three sisters, Lyvone Barnes, Dorothy Cook, and Margaret Corbin, and a brother, Haywood Watson.


            Surviving relatives include a daughter, Renae Griggs (Jim), Newville; three sons, Paul Evans (Jamelia), Dothan; Tilman Bain, Hayden, AL; and Edward Hall (Jennifer), Headland; a sister, Jan Mansfield, Cowarts; a brother, Robert Watson (Cathy), Ozark; five grandchildren, Mandy Bond (John), Paul Evans, Jr., Jim Griggs, (Stephanie), Eric Griggs (Lauren), and Lillian Hall; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
