James Earl Ware, 63, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at a local hospital.


Memorial services will be held 10 am Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Park.


Mr. Ware was born January 1, 1953 in Dothan and moved to Miami in the early 1970's for work, returning to Dothan in 1978 where he has resided since. He worked in the construction industry and loved to draw in his spare time.


Survivors include his sons, Anthony (Aileen) Wyckoff and James Jerome Blackmon; 6 grandchildren; his mother, Annie B. Ware; his sisters, Glenda (Ervin) Price and Vevia Brooks (Anthony) Owens; his brothers, Donnie (Michelle) Ware and Glenn (Samone) Brooks; two devoted aunts, Julia Robinson, Newark, NJ and Willie Faye McClendon, Dothan; a host of special cousins, nieces and nephews.
