James Randell Gilley, 84, a resident of Dothan passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at Westside Terrace.

The family will receive friends from 5-6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016 Sunset Funeral Home.

Mr. Gilley was born November 28, 1931 in Houston County, AL and lived in the Dothan area his entire life. He was employed with Brewton Block Company for 35 years as a truck driver. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and enjoyed his time there working the door checking in members.

Survivors include his sons, Jimmy Gilley, Randy (Kathy) Gilley, Danny (Jill) Gilley, and James Brandon Gilley; his daughters, Melinda Gilley, Theresa Gilley, Sheila Gilley, and Sharon Gilley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law, Martha Gilley; numerous nieces and nephews.
