Janet Saxer McLeod of Enterprise, AL, formerly of Fairfax, VA, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the home of her daughter.  She was 86.

          Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 8, 2013, at

Ivy Hill Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.  Searcy Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements

          Ms. McLeod was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Norcross McLeod and a brother, Alan Saxer.

          Survivors include two daughters, Dona Jowers (Gerald), Enterprise, AL; Cindy Halligan (Jim), Fairfax Station, VA; a son, Roger N. McLeod, Jr. (Sue), Alexandria, VA; sister, Marcia Petruzzi, Manassas, VA; nine grandchildren, Gerald Jowers II, Wes Jowers, Meredith Jowers Lees, all of Birmingham, AL, Roger McLeod III, Denver, CO, Megan Zerfas, Fairfax, VA, Nathan Halligan, Ft. Meyers, FL, Kelly Smith, Knoxville, TN, Caitlin Halligan, Fairfax Station, VA, Katie Campbell, Clemson, SC; six great-grandchildren.
