JANICE FITZGERALD BELL
DOTHAN, AL… Janice Fitzgerald Bell, a resident of Dothan, Alabama, passed away Friday morning, June 24, 2022, at a Dothan hospital. She was 74.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, with Reverend John Mark Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Bell was born in Ozark, Alabama. She lived her entire childhood in Ozark, Alabama. She was a 1966 Graduate of Carroll High School. After high school she enrolled in the nursing program at Wallace Community College School of Nursing, where she earned her (R.N.) Registered Nursing Degree. She had worked with Southeast Alabama Medical Center (Southeast Health) as a nurse in the Same Day Surgery Department and retired as Dr. Donald Brice’s nurse. Mrs. Bell was a member of Northside Methodist Church. She was an avid Alabama fan. Janice loved her family so much.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Clayton T. Bell, III; her mother, Vera Thompson Bell; her sister, Regina Fitzgerald Skipper; and her brother, Reginald Joseph Fitzgerald.
Leaving to cherish her memories is her daughter, Jennifer Bell Wright (Shane) of Dothan, AL: her son, Clayton T. Bell, IV (Misty) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Harrison Fitzgerald Wright of Dothan, AL, Caitlin Marie Aplin (Micheal) of Headland, AL, Emily Marie Bell, and William Clayton Bell both of Huntsville, AL; her sister-in-law, Debbie Fitzgerald of Dothan, AL; her brother-in-law, Jerry Skipper of Dothan, AL; her nieces and nephews, Keith Peterson, Brandi Skipper Deese (Michael), Joey Fitzgerald, and Derek Fitzgerald; and her canine companion, Laci.
