JEANNIE LEE EARLY
TAYLOR, AL… Jeannie Lee Early, a resident of Taylor, Alabama, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 27, 2022, at her home. She was 72.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Reverend Joey McCreight officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the services. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Ms. Early was born in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Henry Lee Lowe and Annie Louise Lucas Daniel. She was a 1968 graduate of Glenn High School in Birmingham, Alabama. She lived her entire youthful years in Birmingham, Alabama until moving to Dothan, Alabama after graduating high school. She retired from the Graceville Correctional Facility – Florida Department of Corrections. She was a member of the Dothan Elks Lodge. She enjoyed her grandchildren and going to every event they were involved in.
Along with her birth parents, she was also preceded in death by her step-father, James Hyman Daniel.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her sons, Ricky Early (Richard L. McMullins) and Brian Early (Bridgette); the father of her sons, Ricky Early Sr.; her sister, Anna Marie Vanderford; her brother, James Lee Daniel (Janet); her grandchildren, Brandon Early, Carley Brown, and Courtney Money; a special cousin, Harriett Sims; several nieces, nephews and other cousins.
