Jerry Rustin Bodiford, age 34, of Cottonwood, AL passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017.

 

Rustin was born May 23, 1982 in Houston County to Richie and Melinda Bodiford. He loved spending time with his son and was an avid Alabama football fan. Rustin was loved deeply by his family and friends and will be missed.

 

Survivors include his son, Jaxon Bodiford, Cottonwood, AL; parents, Richie and Melinda Bodiford, Cottonwood, AL; brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Lee (DePriest) Bodiford; grandmothers, Betty Veleria Capps, Grangerburg, AL; Betty Sue Hall, Cottonwood, AL; two nephews; a niece and several aunts and uncles.

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 2 P.M. from Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Witt and Dr. Ricky Plummer officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 5 – 7 PM. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery.

 

Family will be accepting flowers.
