Jerry Wayne “Bud” Barnes of Kinston, Alabama went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the family residence. He was 57.


 


Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Enterprise with Rev. Hollis Bradley and Rev. Donnie Earles officiating. Burial will follow in the Ino Assembly of God cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory in Enterprise directing.


 


The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Enterprise on Monday from 5 until 7pm.


 


Flowers will be accepted or contributions can be made to the Ino Assembly of God church or cemetery fund.


 


Bud was born as one of God’s special angels on Monday,December 9, 1957 in Covington, County to Wayne A. and Thear Mae Spann Barnes.


 


He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Dan and Buna Barnes as well as Raymond and Bertha Spann.  


 


Survivors include his loving parents: Wayne and Thear Mae Barnes, a sister: Phyllis Barnes all of Kinston, AL, nephews: Damon Anderson (Michelle), Brewton, AL, Nick Anderson (Brandi), Kinston, AL, niece: Jessica Roberts (Matthew), Fitzpatrick, AL, 5 very special little great nieces and nephews, Abbie and Hunter Anderson, Morgan Anderson, Addie Grace and Marshall Roberts, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as a very devoted home care aide, Kathy Harrell.
