Johnathan Wayne Milner, born on the 26th of April, 1974 in Alabama, passed away at the age of 49 on the 30th of June, 2023 at Flowers Hospital.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends are welcome.Flowers will be accepted.
A beloved husband, father, son, and brother, he is survived by his wife, Heather Atwell, and his children Cameron Norris, Anthony Atwell (Kaitlyn), Taylor Atwell, and Justin Atwell. Johnathan will also be remembered by his parents Rebecca Ann Huggins and Bobby Milner, his brothers Mark Straulin (Ellen) and Robbie Milner, as well as his sister Karen Lammon (Eric).
Johnathan played an integral part in his community through his service as a bus driver for the Dothan City School system, ensuring the safe transportation of countless students during his tenure. A fan of Alabama football, he shared his passion for the sport with all around him. Johnathan's warm personality and ever-present kindness will be eternally cherished by all who were privileged to know him.
