JORDAN A. CARTER
ABBEVILLE…Jordan A. Carter, a resident of Abbeville, Alabama, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at his home. He was 28.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Pastor James Truitt officiating. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Carter was born in Dalton, Georgia and lived there and in Abbeville, Alabama most of his life. He graduated from Southeast Whitfield High School in Dalton, Georgia. After graduation he joined the U.S. Army. After serving in the military, he moved back to Abbeville, Alabama where he resided the last eight years. He was a member of the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church of Abbeville. He was currently working with Abbeville Fiber.
Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Lee Carter.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his mother; Debra Bonds Carter of Rome, GA; his sister, Brittany Trammell (RaShad) of San Diego, CA; his grandmother, Ida Mae Carter of Abbeville, AL; his aunts, Cassie Wiggins (Richard), Carl Newsome, Mary Chappell all of Abbeville, AL, and Melissa Bonds of Rome, GA; his uncles, David Carter (Brenda) of Dalton, GA, James Carter (Abigail) of Moultrie, GA; and his three nephews.
