Joyce Nell Skinner 73 of Elba, AL departed this life Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Troy Health & Rehabilitation in Troy, Alabama. Graveside services will be held from New Haven Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Donnie Marler officiating.

Survivors include: Son - Lee Skinner, Elba, AL; Grandson - Jackson Skinner, Jack, AL; Sister - Betty Bryan, Columbus, GA; Sister - Rita Dubisar, Elba, AL; Sister - Pat Mauldin, Elba, AL; Sister - Eloise Kirkpatrick, Columbus, GA; Sister - Shirley Averett, Denham Springs, LA; Sister - Wanda Machicote, Elba, AL.
