Mrs. Judith Ann "Judy" Chancellor 77 of Newton, AL departed this life Monday, October 23, 2023 at Signature Healthcare of North Florida in Graceville, Florida.  Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Reverends Sam Tate, Bobby Etheridge and Donnie Marler officiating. Committal services will follow in the Wise Mill Assembly of God Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

 

Survivors include: Husband - Kenneth Ray Chancellor, Newton, AL, Daughter - Sherri Chancellor Gordon (Lane), Dothan, AL, Son - Scott  Chancellor (Melissa), Dothan, AL. Grandchildren include: Caroline Gordon Moore (Devin), Dothan, AL, Chancellor Gordon, Dothan, AL, Price Gordon (Taylor), Dothan, AL, Sam Chancellor (Camille), Dothan, AL, Will Chancellor, Dothan, AL, Wise Gordon, Dothan, AL, Abe Chancellor, Dothan, AL, Dozier Gordon, Dothan, AL. Great Grandchildren include: Lottie Moore, Eden Moore, Shepherd Moore.   Brother - Fred  Wise (Georgia Lou), Columbus, GA.

 

Mrs. Chancellor was preceded in death by her parents William and Voncile Morrow Wise Lord Fleming, Brothers - Loyd and Frank Wise, and Sister - Sue Wise Lovell.

 

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Chancellor family.
