June Parrish Dease, of Dothan passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at her residence. She was 76.

A memorial service will held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 10:30am at Highland Park United Methodist Church with Rev. David Willis officiating and Robert Byrd directing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Resource Center, P.O. Box 1170, Dothan, Alabama 36302.

Mrs. Dease was born on June 9, 1936 in Dothan and lived here most of her life. She was a 1953 graduate of Dothan High School. Mrs. Dease was a volunteer for the House of Ruth for several years. She was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her 2 sons, Lyle (Claren) Dease, San Palo, Uruguay and Stewart Dease, Nashville, TN; her 2 brothers, Harrison Parrish, Dothan, AL and Curtis Freeman (Carolyn) Parrish, Wetumpka, AL; her sister-in-law, Mary Lois Parrish; and several nieces and nephews.
