Survivors include a daughter, Lynzi Leann Kelly, Daleville, AL; son, Jayson William Kelly, Daleville, AL; mother, Susan King, Daleville, AL; father and step-mother, John and Tina Kelly, Daleville, AL; sisters, Amanda Velazquez (Carl), Daleville, AL; Becky Jeffers; Jodi Kelly; Hannah Kelly; brother, Josh Lints (Erika); the love of his life, Keitha Lambert.
