Mary Mackenzie “Kenzie” Dease, age 7, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at a local hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Dothan with Dr. Johnny Fain officiating and Robert Byrd directing.

Kenzie was born October 9, 2008 in Dothan, AL and has lived here all of her life. She attended Kelly Springs Elementary School and First Baptist Church in Dothan. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Bill Best.

Survivors include her parents, Eddy and Angel Dease; her grandparents, Faye Best, Mike and Karen Dease; her aunts, uncles, and cousins, her loving teachers at Kelly Springs School and First Baptist Church.
