Kevin Dasinger, 52, a resident of Midland City passed away December 3, 2016 at a local hospital.

Funeral Services will be held 2 pm Tuesday December 6, 2016 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Blake Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Celebrate Recovery Ministry C/O Covenant United Methodist Church, 3610 West Main Street, Dothan, AL 36305.

Kevin was born on November 19, 1964 in Dothan, AL. He lived the earlier years of his life in Midland City, AL. He was a 1983 graduate of Dale County High School, where he played football and baseball. He attended Wallace Community College prior to serving in the United States Navy. He later resided in South Florida for several years and worked in the construction industry until moving back to Midland City in 2006. Kevin loved to fish and was an avid NASCAR racing fan.

He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Terry Dasinger; two sisters, Jana (Chris) Neudecker and Julie Dasinger; one brother, Jeff (Natalie) Dasinger; three nieces, Brittany Neudecker, Emily Stevens, and Shania Stevens; two nephews, Zachary Neudecker and Sam Dasinger.
