In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Southeast Alabama Child Advocacy Center, 110 Harmony Lane, Dothan, AL 36303.

Kim Henry Skinner, a resident of Dothan, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2019 at his residence. He was 66.
A private family memorial will be held to celebrate Kim’s life on Sunday, January 19, 2020 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Cathy Stumbaugh officiating. Mr. Skinner was born on October 31, 1953 in Virginia and lived there the early years of his life. He attended North Carolina Chapel Hill and received his master’s degree in Social Work. Mr. Skinner was a huge Tar Heels fan.
Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Betty-Jo Ledford Skinner and by his son, David Skinner.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Skinner; his children, Gray Ledford (Leah) Skinner, Kristyn (Chris), Sarah (Brandon), and Jonathon; his grandchildren, Adelyn, Rosalind, Katelynn, Brayden, Blake, and Tyler; his siblings, Chris Fox (Jeff) Flowers, Joe Skinner, Tapp (Joann) Skinner, and Dea (Dan) Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Austin, Kayla, Nicole, Sara, Windy, Henry, Maddy Kate, and Olivia Faye.
