MORRIS, GEORGIA. . .Lavonda Nichols Harrell, a resident of Morris, Georgia, died late Sunday night, May 1, 2022, at her home. She 84.

Graveside services will be held at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Harrell was born in Hughes, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late James S. Sanford and Helen Sanford Webb.  She lived in Abbeville before becoming a travel nurse mom, then moving to Morris in 2021.  Mrs Harrell wss preceded in death by her husbands, Noel Nichols and Robert Harrell and a brother, Jimmy Sanford.

Surviving relatives include three daughters, Deborah Andrews (Oscar), Arliington, TX; Cozette Westenberger, Fairfax, VA; and Valerie Kozik (David), Bartlett, TN; seven grandchildren, twenty-two greatgrandchildren.
