Lester Lucas Lee, known affectionately as Lester to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2024, at the age of 74, in his hometown of Dothan, Alabama, where he was also born on June 11, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alto and Rosa Carroll Lee, who instilled in him the values of hard work and faith that would guide him throughout his life.
A proud Marine veteran, Lester served his country with honor before returning to Doan to build a life and career.
