Linda Clark Pate Zamboni, a long time resident of Slocomb, AL, passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 at Southeast Health alongside her closest friends and family. She was 73 years old. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in her honor on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Malvern Baptist Church. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. 

Linda Zamboni graduated in 1967 from Slocomb High School. She was a past member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Malvern Fire Department, and Regional Land and Water Rescue. She was a big part of her community and volunteered as often as she could. She was an avid researcher of family history and genealogy and loved spending her days listening to country music and being with her family.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Joseph Pate Zamboni, her sister, Ernestine Dunnaway, her daughter, Connie Forbes (Danny), her three grandchildren, Douglas Howell, Kylee Chavers (Johnnie), Gina Godby (Cameron), and six great grandchildren.
