Linda Leavins of Westville, Florida, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020, at the age of 76.
Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the Mt. Ida Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Moe Pujol officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday night from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, Alabama. Linda will be placed in the church one hour before the funeral service.
Linda was born October 25,1943 in Enterprise, Al to the late Mildren (Bill) and Evelyn Mills Baker. Linda was a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She always had a smile for everyone she met. She loved to cook/bake, garden both flowers and vegetables, and she loved her animals. Linda loved her Savior and was a server to others, whether in her church, Mt. Ida, or her home. Her doors were always open and her table spread and all were welcome at her home and around her table. She was the co-owner with her husband of Sherwood’s Milling Company for 41 years.

Preceded in death by her parents. Her twin sister Glenda Baker and one brother Gary Baker.
Survived by her husband of 58 years; Sherwood Leavins, Westville, Fl; one son; Micah Leavins, Westville, Fl; four daughters; Tammy (Terry) King, Westville, Fl, Amy (Kym) Arnold, Geneva, Al, Pam Ard, Navarre, Fl and Chandra (Allen) Clark, Florence, Ms. Ten grandchildren; Cole Ellenburg, Jericha Williamson (Daniel), Robert Ard, Matt King (Michal), Sarah King, Amber Mock (Pepper), Jordan Arnold, Summer Starnes (Wes), T.C. Clark (Brie) and Heath Clark (Heather); sixteen great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; Wendell Baker (Carol), Geneva, Al; Dennis Baker, Atlanta, Ga, one sister; Tanya Crews (Jerry) Samson, Al.
