Louie Frank Hickman, a resident of Prattville, AL. passed away peacefully on September 26, 2020. Mr. Hickman was born on September, 20, 1940 to the late Q.P. and Sue Francis Hickman of Brundidge, AL. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn, and son, Brian Keith, his parents, his brothers Ray and John Earl Hickman, and his sisters, Janith McCleod and Glenda Horn. He is survived by his son, Drew Hickman of Knoxville, TN, daughters Inga Adams (George) of Dothan, AL and Kelli Pugh (Nic) of Millbrook, AL. grandchildren Brian Adams, Emily Powell (JC), Tyler Pugh, Gracie Pugh, Taylor Thomas, great grandchildren Troy and Adeline Powell, sister-in-law Mary Ann Hickman, brother-in-law, Larry McCleod and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hickman proudly served his country for over 20 years as a member of the Alabama Army National Guard. In 1998, he retired from the State of Alabama Highway Department following 37 years of dedicated service. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Prattville, AL. Mr. Hickman was an avid golfer and loved his Alabama Football.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2020, at Prattville Memorial Chapel. A memorial and graveside service will be held on September 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson – Ward Funeral Home, 2414 Hartford Highway, Dothan Alabama with a visitation one-hour prior to the service.
