Former Alabama resident, Louis Jimenez, 48, died on June 26, 2016 at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
At his request, Mr. Jimenez was cremated on July 7, 2016, and his remains were sent back to his home in Daleville, Alabama. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Park in Dothan, Alabama where his remains will be laid to rest beside his father, Army Veteran and Korean War POW, SSG (Ret.) Laureano R. Jimenez.
Louie possessed many talents such as, window tinting, auto customizing, and minor automotive repair. He earned his Class A CDL from the Truck Driver’s Institute in 1996 where he worked as a Truck Driver for many years before opening his own auto customizing business in 2003.
Among Louie’s many interests, he loved NASCAR, the Pittsburgh Steelers, watching Alabama Football (Roll Tide), listening to hard rock music, and playing the electric or acoustic guitar.
Louie is survived by his mother, Soon Jimenez; his son, Justin; and his daughter Jenna.
