Margaret Elizabeth McCalvin Keen (loving mother affectionately known as Nanna) of Dothan, Alabama passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 12, 2017. She was 68.

Services will be held at 5 pm EST on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, Georgia with Bro. Billy Womack officiating. Visitation will be from 4-5 pm prior to the service.

Elizabeth was born on March 5, 1949 in Early County, Georgia to the late Luther Nash McCalvin and Willie Ruth Sanders McCalvin. She was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Elizabeth enjoyed helping others, reading, writing and drawing. She loved the Lord, her family and all of nature.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirley Faye Oder.

Survivors include her children, Willie Branton, Bobbie Jo Ridenhour and Julie Frederick; her siblings, Nellie Lynn, Betty Hill and Joe Glynn McCalvin; her grandchildren, Jamie, Jeremy, Jesse, Josie and Jennie Ridenhour and Hannah and Leah Branton (all of whom she loved to send butterfly kisses and hugs).
