Margaret Inez Wyatt Flowers of Enterprise, AL. passed away July 7, 2018 at her home.  She was 78. 


Margaret was a dedicated wife, excellent home maker and a loving mother and grandmother.  Margaret was born Sep 30, 1939 in Enterprise, AL.  She was a 1957 graduate of Agua Fria Union High School, Avondale, Arizona. She completed the Dental Assistant Certification Course in Montgomery, AL, along with courses from the School of Dental Nursing, Dallas, TX.  She obtained her Dental Hygiene License for the State of Alabama in 1960.  During her career, she was employed by several local dentists.  Margaret was a member of the College Avenue Church of Christ.


Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, John Daniel and Rosa Meredith Wyatt; infant sister, Louise; Brothers: Fred Thompson Wyatt and Horace Wyatt; and sister Lucille Wilhoit.


Graveside services, at her request, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Meadowlawn Cemetery, with Minister Keith Ellis officiating.  Burial will follow at the direction of Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Wiregrass, PO Box 311072, Enterprise, AL 36331.


Survivors include husband, Howell Lynn Flowers, Enterprise, AL; four daughters: Jennifer (Steve) Wilbanks Sedalia, MO, Amanda (late Edward) Johnson, Peachtree Corners, GA, Stephanie Jackson Flowers, Dothan, AL, Pamela Flowers, Enterprise, AL; two granddaughters: Laura Johnson, Kennesaw, GA, Marleena Jackson, Dothan, AL; and grandson Jameson Flowers. Enterprise, AL; one sister: Beatrice Trim, Cache, OK; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
