Margaret Kundla Block, 92 a resident of Dothan, passed away Wednesday November 16, 2016 at her home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30am Monday November 21, 2016 at St. Columba Catholic Church, Dothan, AL with Father Patrick Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Columba Catholic Church or Catholic Social Services.

Mrs. Block was born December 9, 1923 in Erie, Pennsylvania and resided there until 1975. She moved to Dothan 41 years ago where she lived here the remainder of her life. Mrs. Block was an active member of St. Columba Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Block; a daughter, Donna Thomas; her siblings, Stephen Kundla, Helen Kundla, Kay Montie, Helen Jungfleish, Anna Hritz and Mary Vickey;

Mrs. Block is survived by her son, William Block; two daughters, Patricia A. Block, MD and Melanie Moon; two grandchildren, Seth Thomas and Jesse Thomas; two great-grandchildren, Solveig and Niko; her sisters, Elizabeth Dobish and Joanna Mayes; many nieces and nephews.
