Marie Michelle Senn, of Newton, passed away, Tuesday February 27, 2018 at Flowers Hospital. She was 42.

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday, March 2, 2018 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 12-1 pm prior at the funeral home.

Marie was born in Dothan and lived in the Sylvan Grove Community during the earlier years of her life. She moved to Newton in 1998 and was a 1995 graduate of Dale County High School. Marie was employed with Southeast Alabama Medical Center for 18 years before her medical retirement in 2013.

She is survived by her son, Jacob Wyatt Senn; her daughter, Ashley Marie Ward; her brother, Ricky Ward; her sister, Crystal Jean Ward; her step-son, Austin Senn; her niece, Madison Nichole Phillips; her nephew, Brettley Kaczmarczyk.
