She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Snoekstra, a daughter, Sonya Yelvington, two sisters, Norma Fluke and Millie Nealson, and a brother, Clarence Peterson, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Suellen Mitchell, Enterprise, AL; her grandchildren, Megan Murling, Shayna Ambrose, Kayla Yelvington, Joshua Martin and Hannah Moore; a sister, Marjorie Carithers, South Carolina; 3 brothers, Billy Peterson, Stanhope, NJ, John Peterson, Hackettstown, NJ, and Rusty Peterson, Stanhope, NJ.
