WEBB. . .Marilyn White Crawford, a resident of the Enon Community, between Webb and Ashford, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 22, 2019, in the Extendicare Health & Rehab Center. She was 74.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Friday, May 24, 2019, in the Watermark Church with Pastor Todd Thorpe officiating. Burial will follow in the Enon Church of Christ Cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:30 P.M. Friday in the church sanctuary.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Road, Montgomery, AL 36111.
Marilyn Crawford was a lifelong resident of the Enon Community, between Webb and Ashford. She was a 1963 graduate of Ashford High School. Marilyn was an active member of Watermark Church and the Ladies III Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Allen Crawford, her father, Walter M. White, her mother, Allie Mae Kilgore White Knowles and a special friend, Diane Davis.
Surviving relatives include a daughter, Allison Carlisle (Jeff), Webb, AL; a son, Walter Crawford (Michelle), Cottonwood; a sister, Mary Whitted (John),Webb, AL; three grandchildren, Austin Carlisle, Richard Carlisle and Trent Burt; several nieces and nephews.
Serving as active pallbearers will be men of Watermark Church.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Extendicare Health & Rehab, the Ladies III Sunday School Class of Watermark Church and a special thank you to her caregivers for the loving care and kindness shown to Marilyn during her illness.
